This home was vacant for a few a while and needed a complete make over. The builder asked us if we could get one of the dirtiest roofs he has ever seen clean. The painters had to pressure wash a walkway up to the gable on the rear of the home.
In the picture below before we sprayed the tiles you can see where the path was pressure washed! These tiles were completely covered with thick aged black algae blooms. We do not typically see black streaks
